Well none of those tools showed if my cpu is using the Intel Turbo Boost

None of those apps showed me with my cpu is using the Intel Turbo Boost

Well none of those apps worked / showed me that its using the Intel Turbo Boost, im trying to put pictures here but it keeps deleteing. In the first app from intel, it passed everything
