There is no Official HP Upgrade, as Streams are made to be an Alterative to Google Chromebooks. HP Stream 11's and 13's are stuck as they are due to their RAM being soldered to the Motherboard (2GB only).
HP Stream 14's are more flexible, but you will not find answers from an official HP website. You can search YouTube and Reddit for "HP Stream 14 Upgrade" to find what you looking for.
Just a note before you start, any upgrade or alteration to your Stream is not supported by HP, you would have to accept any and all risk yourself. Also make sure you are out of Warranty, as to do so will void any coverage remaining.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
