How do I use the blue keys on my keyboard? I've looked for that information on Google, here, and other places, without success.

The best I have is .....

 

To use an action key, press and hold the key.

 

Which is very explicit from page 13 of

Not what I'm asking for. I already read that pdf file, and I didn't found an answer.

 

I'm talking here about the blue characters on the keys, like the 1/4 on the zero key, the cent symbol on the 4 key, etc.

AND maybe pressure for a few seconds gives the alternate or there is an option in the BIOS.
