Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since the intel driver assistant said there was a new version it does not work not the icon in the taskbar and my laptop is really slow. I want to go back. I tried device manager buy the rollback was greyed out.  I tried the version before .exe installer but it said it can not overwrite the newer driver.  please advise. I wish I never got this **bleep** laptop. One thing wrong after another.  It's slow regardless of 8th gen i7 at 1.8ghz

it is installed but I need to roll back to the previous optane version. that worked.  The hp assistant does not have that. The intel driver assistance is who told me there was a new one.  I can not install anything over the new one. That is why I need to roll back.
