I have a HP Laptop 15-dy5073dx that has (1) HDMI Port, (1) USB -C Port, (2) USB- A Port. I now need to add (2) Extended Monitors. Having the (1) HDMI Port I have added an Extended Display Monitor, but can't seem to add a second one. I've read that the USB-C Port is a Data Only transfer and I've also read that the USB-A Port is also a Data Only transfer. However, I read on here that an HDMI Adaptor is available for the USB-A port. Is this HDMI Adaptor for the USB-A Port able to extend a display as well? Thank you for any help you can offer.

The specs of your machine is: https://files.bbystatic.com/kFnF5Vzsv2hQxJCfzSnc9g%3D%3D/Datasheet
It has
- 1 USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate (supports data transfer only and does not support charging or external monitors)
- 2 USB Type-A 5Gbps signaling rate
- 1 Headphone/microphone combo
- 1 AC Smart pin
- 1 HDMI 1.4b
As you can see, it has a hopeless USB-C port therefore you can use
- Monitor 1: HDMI direct cable,
- Monitor 2: Using a Displaylink Certified USB-A to HDMI adapter such as
