Product: HP ENVY x360 - 15m-dr1011dx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
I purchased this 2-in-1 laptop for my child in part because it has an RGB keyboard (per the Best Buy website). How is the color of the backlit keyboard changed? I've tried HP and BB Chat services without getting an answer. Is the Best Buy website mistaken?
Can you help me? Thank you.
Ben

Hello @BenTexan,
Yes, that's an error on the BestBuy website. The only colour of the backlit keyboard you should have available is white. This should be activated by the F5 key (may vary).
Only select Pavilion and OMEN gaming laptops have RGB keyboards.
Sorry about that.
Kind regards,
Eddy
