I tried to upgrade ram by replace original ram into other stick but seems it didn't start and not boot into windows.
Is there any way to replace original ram with 8gb or 16gb ones?
(The original ram from my laptop only have 4gb)

Yes it will take up to a pair of 16 gb DDR4-3200 SO-DIMM modules. Here is the Service Manual:
Memory replacement covered on p. 35. You need to get stock OEM memory, not super performance "gaming" type memory. Stock Crucial Samsung, Hynix, etc. Also stay away from Kingston Value RAM. No "Fury", "Ripjaws", etc.
Memory module, 16 GB (DDR4-3200) L67710-001
