I sent in my Envy notebook to repair broken screen hinges about 2 weeks ago. The original estimated delivery date was 9/14 (I didn't expect to have it fixed and returned back to me that fast). Since then it's been "on hold" due to not having the parts in stock. How long does it usually take for HP to receive the parts necessary for repair?

There might be a delay since the supply chain and delivery globally has been disrupted due to the Pandemic. Different parts come from different parts of the world and that might be the reason for delay
