How many m.2 sockets are there in the hp 14-am081tu ? I see one is already used up by the wifi card. Is there another one ?
What is the way forward to upgrade to SSD without changing wireless.

Hi:
I can't find a service manual for that model series, but if you look at the crucial website, there is an available M.2 slot for a SSD.
https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for/HP-Compaq/hp-14-am081tu
The crucial memory report states the M.2 slot is SATA III.
On the SSD section, click on the View More link to see the M.2 SSD's
Then click on the specs for one of them.

You're very welcome.
It seems to me that there are two.
One for the M.2 SSD and one for the WLAN card.
Compatible SSD's would not be listed if there wasn't a free M.2 slot not including the one for the wifi adapter.
