Please - how many RAM slots are in this device?

Hi,

It has two slots and will support max 32GB of DDR4 2133Mhz RAM (2x16GB)

At the moment you have one stick of 8GB and one empty slot. You can buy from your preferred brand such as Crucial, Corsair...

On page 35 of service manual you can see the steps to upgrade RAM:

Thanks David for info - it's a pity the HP "Virtual Agent" could not answer... nor is such info readily available on the HP site...

I believe this info is no longer easily available because companies sell cnotebook omputers nowadays which are not supposed to be upgraded.  They basically want you to buy and use what you get.
