- How many RAM slots does my laptop HAVE? I want to exapand the RAM but don't know whether I can just add one or will I need to replace the existing RAM.

This HP video shows your model comes with two RAM slots.
If your notebook came with either 8 GB (1x8) or 16 GB (2x8), you can click the link below to find out max RAM your model actually supports. It may indicate 32 GB (2x16 GB) or 64 GB (2x32 GB).
