HP 15-bs020wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I went to install another 4GB RAM card to boost the total to 8GB.  I opened the computer to install another 4GB Kingston card and it appears there is only one RAM slot- is this correct?  If not, please let me know where the other slot is located.

Another approac h- if there's only one slot- is to put in an 8GB RAM card in place of the 4GB one supplied.  However, will the computer accept 8GB in a single card?

Sorry @Olllie366

Since you have a Pentium CPU you have one slot and 8GB memory max.
