Microsoft Windows 11

Hi there, I was interested in buying the Victus 16-r1000sl with Intel i7-14700hx and rtx 4070, and I was wondering how many ssd slots does it have, 2 or only 1? As I can't seem to find the answer anywhere.

Thank you in advance.

@wnrmt,

According to this HP specs, your notebook comes with two M.2 slots with each slot supporting NVMe gen 4x4 SSDs.

Victus by HP 16.1 inch Gaming Laptop PC 16-r1000 series specifications | HP® Support

The sizes of NVMe SSDs listed in the specs are what HP just provided in the model series and doesn't mean the max size the models can support.

Generally, M.2 NVMe SSDs have no capacity limit. You can install NVMe SSDs of 1, 2 or 4 TB.
