You model came with an Intel i5 12th gen processor and an 8 GB DDR4-3200 memory.

Your service manual states that your model has two slots that support 16 (2X8) GB DDR4-3200.

Maintenance and Service Guide

 

Your model probably supports at least 32 (2x16) GB. Click this link and run the wmic command to figure out the max RAM capacity your model actually supports.
