HP 250 G4 M9T00EA#AKD
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello, i have an HP 250 G4 M9T00EA#AKD with an Intel(R) Pentium(R) CPU 3825U @ 1.90GHz and 4gb ram and i would like to know how many ram slots my laptop has. I have read previous topics and it is not clear how many slots can be found in a HP 250 G4. I would prefer to know before i disassembly it because i do not possess the required tools at this time and i'd like to make an order regarding a ram and an ssd in order to improve my laptop's efficiency. Thank you in advance.

Hi,

It has one slot and supports max 8GB of DDR3L 1600MHz RAM

Example:

https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for/HP-Compaq/hp-250-g4-%28celeron-pentium-n%29#ME...

So you will need to replace the 4GB module with 8GB module.

On page 46 of the service manual, you can see the steps to install the RAM

http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c04653884

Hope it helps,

David
