Hello, may i know how many slots of RAM in HP 15-ba010ax?
And how about the maximum RAM can use in it?

Looks like you did not read my reply. I clearly said slot 2 and both slots that means 2 slots. And yes, you can mix RAM but please ask Centrecom. I know they (shop in Clayton Victoria, I'm living very close to this shop) won't accept return after opening the box.

It has 4 GB DDR4-2133 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB) now. You can upgrade to
(a) 8GB: add 4GB more to slot 2 using SAME existing 4GB or
https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/hp-15-ba010ax/CT10454025 (it will run at 2133MHz)
(b) 16GB (max); install 8GB each on both slots using
https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/hp-15-ba010ax/CT10453997 (may run at 2133MHz due to processor).

Can i use this model of ram?
And, Can i mix it together with the existing one?
