Hi:

Below is the link to the Crucial memory report for your notebook.

https://www.crucial.in/compatible-upgrade-for/hp---compaq/pavilion-x360-13-u104tu

You can install a max of 2 x 8 GB in your model.

Below is the link to the service manual...

http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05226489

Of the 16 GB memory kits listed, this would be the best one for your notebook...

Thank you Paul.

My current setting seems single slot only.  As per product manual upto 16GB supports.

So single slot  may extend 8gb only right? Please tell me.

You're very welcome.

That is very interesting because the crucial memory report and the service manual indicate that there are two memory slots.

So what you do is open up the notebook and confirm the number of slots.

If there is only one, remove the 4 GB chip and replace it with an 8 GB chip.

If there are two, buy two 8 GB memory chips.

The specs for your notebook indicate that it has an Intel core processor, so it should have come with 2 memory slots.

https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c05239940

Notebooks with the Pentium processors have one memory slot and the max is 8 GB.

The pentium processors also use DDR3 memory.

Your report shows DDR4 memory.
