Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I understand that since the memory is "non-customer accessible/non-upgradeable", I'll need to bring my laptop in to a service center. But before doing so, I'd like to confirm the maximum RAM that can actually be installed. Off the shelf, my laptop has 4GB installed, running on Win10 Home edition, Intel Celeron N3060 1.6GHz.

Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

Hi,

Max RAM for your system is 8GB of DDR3L 1600MHz RAM

There is one slot, so you will need to replace the 4GB module with an 8GB module

On page 52 of service manual you can see the steps to install the RAM

Hope it helps,

David
