Hello, I have a HP 17-by1848ND laptop with a bad battery. I purshaded a new battery, but can't find anywhere how I can replace it. I unscrewed the screws in the back. But the back of the laptop does not come loose. It looks like I have to force on the front of the laptop bit by bit with a small screwdriver the front out of the backcase. The shell of the back encloses the front. It doesn't feel good to peel out the front out of the backshell. Does anyone has experience replacing a battery of a HP 17-by1848ND?
