How to Know which HDMI port my laptop has. Hp Pavilion 15-bc200ne. I want to connect 144hz monitor, Can I connect it with HDMI or how to know whether my laptop has HDMI2.0 or not? 
Will it be worthwhile if I connect the 144hz screen to my laptop.

I have checked the manual (page number 2).

 

 

HDMI v2.0 supporting up to 4096 × 2160 @ 60 Hz

 

You can connect the monitor.
