Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Have removed the keyboard but cannot release the ZIF connector for keyboard cable.

 

Solution requested -  have already broken one side lug.

OK, found the solution in this assembly.

There is a black plastic shape on the motherboard side of the ZIF. I carefully and evenly lifted this and - bingo.
