Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There is no access door on the bottom of my laptop.  Where do I find the RAM?  I removed the entire bottom panel and it is not there

Hi:

 

it looks like you have to remove the system board to get to where the memory is located.

 

See the service manual, chapter 6 starting on page 81.
