Hp Omen 15- ce198wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Recently, whenever I'm using my laptop for programming or for gaming, I noticed that the temperature is really high, so I checked the Omen Command Center and it showed that my CPU is 95 Celsius and sometimes it even reaches 99.  I did some research and they say that having high temps can actually cause some damage in the internal parts of the laptop and it also reduces its lifespan.

After some extensive researching, I came across thermal paste which supposedly helps with overheating problems. But I don't know how to put thermal paste and if I should also change the thermal pads.
