Product: HP Envy x360 m6

I ran a system quick test and my Hard Drive Short DST Check Failed. My question is how can I backup the pictures and files and save it rather then losing it? Help would be greatly appreciated.

@Ob2002, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

The short Disk Self Test (DST) error would indicate that the Hard Drive is failing and needs to be replaced.

 

If your notebook is still under warranty, contact HP and arrange to have the drive replaced - you can check your warranty status on HP Product Warranty Check.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options.
