How can I charge from the USB-C port?
When I try, nothing happens.
The manual says that it should be able to do it.

What is your HP Laptop 14s-dq1xxx ? For example
Your machine should have same USB 3.1 Gen 1 Type-C™ (Data Transfer Only, 5 Gb/s signaling rate) port. None of them on the list can charge your machine. Nothing at all because that USB-C port does NOT support Power Delivery. Full stop.
