Product: 840 G5
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am using a HP Elitebook 840 G5 with the processor i5-8350u. I need to know if my processor is capable of over-clocking ?

If yes upto what extend i can over clock this CPU ? Also i am not able to install INTEL XTU in this that seems not compatible.

 

Please Suggest

Sorry but the i5-8350u is not unlocked for overclocking.

 

Intel® Extreme Tuning Utility (Intel® XTU)  "There is a list of Valid CPU's"

There is no system board for your laptop that has a CPU that can be overclocked. "The CPU is soldered to the system board"
