Hello Community,

I am not able to find any specific or rather confirmed answers from either Google search or by HP Support Team.

How to confirm the warranty remaining/applicable on HP Laptop's BATTERY?

I saw many places the HP Battery diagnostic tool showing:

Primary_Warranty: 3
or
Warranty Type: 3

Also, I have extracted few lines from HP Extended warranty or care pack, if someone can help on explaining in simple that what the below lines are saying?

Consumable items including, but not limited to, removable media, customer-replaceable batteries and tablet PC pens, maintenance kits, and other supplies, as well as user maintenance and non-HP devices, are not covered by this service. HP Notebook and Tablet long-life batteries are covered for up to 3 years.

I understand your concerns, but I am sorry, we are not permitted to provide any warranty interpretation here -- as that is a legal situation.  You would have to contact HP Customer Support directly for those issues.

Hello,

It's a common visible words written in HP Support Tool, and this must be having some meaning.

I don't understand what the legal situation is here? Something HP is not letting user know in easy to make user confused.

HP support team of respective country are not saying this or explaining this as simply they answer is: we don't know or we don't have information on same.
