Hello my dears,
I have 2 problems with this configuration, please, can you help me :
- HP ProBook 450 G7
- HP USB-C Dock G5
- HP 22w monitor x 2
I want to connect my tow monitors to my Dock which has :
- DisplayPort ports x 2
Problem 1 : Windows 10
I connected the first monitor (HP 22w) with the Dock's HDMI port and the second (HP 22w) monitor with the ProBook's HDMI port. It's Ok.
But, when I connected the first monitor to the Dock'sHDMI port and the second to a Dock'sDP port (via an HP DP to Hdmi 1.4 Adapter) unfortunately it didn't work, only one display monitor is OK.
Problem 2 : Linux Mint
I failed to connect my two external monitors in extended mode, even the solution (1 HDMI solution connected to the Dock and the second on the laptop) did not work.
What do you think ?
What can I do to solve my problems ?
Thanks for helping me.
