Hi Community I have a problem with my Airpods.

When I try to get my airpods to connect, my laptop can't find them. When instead I can connect says 

it is associated but not connected. I tried reinstalling audio and Bluetooth drivers but without success.

You can help me.

Thanks for your help, but I followed all steps for connect my airpods with windows 10.

My Airpods are associated but don't connect. 

I click on connect but then they return to the associated state.

Can you help me.
