I have a bad power adapter and did the diagnostic which opened a ticket and I have the report but when I call the **bleep** number it says they are unable to take my call at this time try calling back later. I try calling back later and the same thing happens. My factory warranty is expired but I have the extended warranty but the automated agent does not recognize that I have the extended warranty so it sends me back to the forums. Does anyone have a valid number to contact someone at? Thanks in advance.
