I want to add additional memory to this laptop.  It has 4GB 2Rx8 ddr3 10700 (1.5v)  when I put the serial number in to HPs parts page is give me ddr3L (1.35v) to install.  Cricial also says 1.35v   How can I be sure which voltage to use?

Hi:

You can use the 1.35V memory because it is designed to also run at 1.5V.

But 1.5V memory will not work in a PC specifically designed to run DDR3L (1.35V) memory.
