Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I want to use my f# key's for a certain program but every time I use them they just adjust my volume, lower or brighten my screen etc. I'd like to know how to turn these functions off, thank you.

Action Keys setting in BIOS:

If you can't enter BIOS by tapping F10 key your laptop is probably booting faster than you start tapping. Immediately after powering start tapping the Esc key to halt boot -from the menu that appears you can then tap F10 for BIOS setup.
