How to download Hp truevision hd driver?

My integrated camera is not woring. and i found that i have to upgrade my Hp truevision hd camera driver? so, please anyone can help me on that?

Download this file and save it to your desktop.

http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp64501-65000/sp64853.exe

Go to Device Manager and uninstall the camera.

If asked do you want to delete the drivers say yes.

Reboot and then run the driver you saved to your desktop.

  HP model number: 15-dw0xxx

I cannot use my camera, and mic. ALl drivers seem to be up to date. But maybe the windows-update has installed incompatible drivers. I dont know.

About my camera, it is

  Camera HP TrueVision HD Camera with indicator light, USB 2.0, HD BSI sensor, f2.0
  720p by 30 frames per second
  Single digital microphone

Do you have a solution for this? I cannot use this machine at 100% due to this problem. I hope there is a way to install the correct drivers.

I'm also in need of hp truevision hd webcam driver reinstallation being my camera starts to work the first time; but quickly is not responding after the second and successive tries. I have a hp laptop model 14-dk0024wm; ProdID: 6WC35UA#ABA. Any help that I can be afforded will be greatly appreciated and thank you very much for your time.
