Hello Everyone,

I have a HP Elitebook 8760w.and the last bios 2018.

I would like to  enable virtualization in it.

I would appreciate if you could help me.

Sorry, I posted the link to the wrong manual.   For some reason, they are both on the 8760w support page.

 

Here is the link to the correct manual...

The only difference is that the information I posted earlier can be found in chapter 5, on page 117 of this manual.

Hi:

 

According to the service manual, chapter 5, page 135, if VT is supported, the enable VT setting can be found in the System Configuration main menu>Device configurations>Enable/disable Virtualization Technology (select models only; disabled by default).

The file I downloaded was corrupted.

I can read the manual now.

But the manual refers to 8560w not 8760w !

I jsut follow your precious advice :

the System Configuration main menu>Device configurations>Enable/disable Virtualization Technology

But I do not see Device configurations>Enable/disable Virtualization Technology !

I have the lastest bios !

I wish to install a Virtual Machine Mac on my Elitebook 8760w.

Please help !
