Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
The serial number is used on multiple HP products. The products ID not found. And the HP Laptop Model is not listed.
How can one find user guides in this case?

The product number you posted indicates that you have a HP15t-db000 CTO notebook.
Here is the link to the user guides section of the support site for that model series.
