Hello !
I have owned an ENVY13-ad104nf for 5 years. I have already changed the battery once when my computer was under warranty because it was swollen. I changed this battery again 1 and a half years ago, buying a battery on a third party site. But this battery quickly deteriorated and I'm now looking for an HP-approved battery to get back some autonomy.
But every time I try to use the HP store, it doesn't work and only displays an error message when I enter the information for the model I'm using.
Could you please help me?
Thank you so much!

From the Maintenance & Service guide
See chapter 3 , page 18, item 3
Battery description and HP part number
6-cell, 53-WHr, 2.55-AHr, Li-ion 921438-855
3-cell, 51-WHr, 4.45-AHr, Li-ion 921439-855
Search online using HP + the part number for a replacement battery. As long as the battery has the exact HP part number matching either of the two above, it will be compatible. I suggest the 3-cell variety.
