My Hp pavilion gaming laptop AMD Ryzen 7 Octa Core AMD R7-4800H 15-EC1512AX has a default 256gb SK hynix PC601 HFS256GD9TNG-L2A0A SSD. I am unable to find any detailed specifications on this SSD. I would like to know if it has DRAM, it's cache etc. Where can I find it?
