Product: Pavilion laptop 15z-aw000 CTO
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Any help appreciated. I have looked high and low. Thought it would be easy to plug in my model # and product name and product ID and get back a list of technical specifications. It may be; but, i have not found a way. Any help to find this info will be most appreciated, again. I have a  longer product ID and S/N if anyone needs that info.

Hi:

 

Since that model is a configured to order model, you won't find specific information on it.

 

Folks order that product number configured with what they want it to include as far as memory capacity, what size and type hard drive, and display panel.

The only specific info that I can find in the list is:

 

It comes with an AMD A9-9410 motherboard with W10 Home.

 

It comes with a Realtek RTL8723BE-VB 802.11b/g/n 1x1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combination WLAN adapter, which is a single band (2.4 GHz) wifi/bluetooth card.

 

It comes with a DVD-RW drive.
