Hello! I have the HP Envy x360 convertable, model 15-bq213cl and the power button doesn't work anymore. I don't think it's jammed but it doesn't make a click noise when I press on it nor does it turn on (well, obviously lol). What should I do?

Hi,
Is the PC under warranty?
If not. I would take to a local trusted computer technician and see what the problem is. The actual button is soldered on the motherboard. So, you will need to check if the actual button on the motherboard is broken or if the part you press on the side of the computer is no longer touching the button on the inside. I could be a motherboard problem or a problem with the cover.
Regards,
David
