No, you need an 8 GB USB flash drive to create the W10 installation media with.
Either that, or you need to have a DVD drive capable of burning a dual layer DVD and a dual layer DVD disk to create a bootable installation DVD with as well as DVD burning software that can transfer the ISO file to a DVD so that it is bootable.

You just need to buy an 8 GB USB flash drive and since they are so inexpensive you may as well buy a 32 GB drive.
SanDisk 32GB Cruzer Blade USB Flash Drive: Amazon.de: Computer & Accessories
You can make a W10 USB installation flash drive for free. You have to use another PC running Windows.
Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)
After the USB installation flash drive has been created, boot from it and install Windows on the new SSD you bought.

You misunderstood, i bought an SSD to replace it. But my old ssd works but i wanted to replace it bc its slow. That means i can do it on my current laptop. Install the windows on the usb and then plug the new SSD and the usb in the port right.
