Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I have a new HP gaming laptop (still in warranty) and its cooling fan have some problem (error 90B). I've checked my laptop thoroughly (such as updating the bios, cleaning the fan) and now I'm sure it's a hardware problem. I need to send it to somewhere to fix it ASAP, but I don't know how should I do.

 

I could find the address of authorized service centers from the website https://support.hp.com/us-en/help/service-center, and I tried to directly contact some nearby service centers for repair but all failed. Some articles indicate I need to contact HP first to schedule a repair in a certain service center, but is it a correct way and what's the phone number I could call to schedule it? I'm still quite confused.
