Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi I'm wondering how I can improve my battery life on my hp elitebook.  I so far like it,  however the battery life is not very favorable compared to my last device which had at least 8 hours.  I remember getting the laptop and the hp website promised at least 10 hours however I am only getting around 3 hours of normal use.  Web browsing and video conferences.  I don't need over 10 hours,  but I would like the laptop to last a full work day without having to charge it.  This is a 49wh battery.

Normally we can get 60% to 70% of the "promised" time. Please use the following guide to keep battery healthy
