Hello
I'm being having problems with my cursor, losing control of it sometimes, and other times unable to click on items. I've been working with Microsoft techs on it for the last several days, to no avail. At any rate, one of them recommended I contact HP and ask about the following
Full driver Updates
Full BIOS updates
And a Firmware Update.
Also, you can ask for a software that performs an automatic driver updates
I thought there might be free chat support, but apparently this is the only help without charge. If anyone can skinny me on the above, I would be in your debt.
