I want to be able to leave my iphone charging via usb ports on my laptop when plugged in to mains power even when I have shut the laptop down, and have followed instructions to untick the box in the power management settings in the device manager usb root section, gone to advanced power options and changed suspend USB to disable on both battery and power, I've checked the bios for a USB power option but there isn't one and I've turned off the fast start up option. None of these actions have made it possible for me to charge my iphone when my laptop is turned off. Can anyone offer any other suggestions on how I might make this possible please?

Looks like it does not have this facility. Please try USB-C port.
