Unlike laptops or desktops, there are no "standard" stickers that HP puts on their chargers.
I have four HP chargers that I know are genuine because they came with the laptops. I also have a replacement charger that I bought online. I "presume" it to be genuine because it has a label on it with the HP logo, the model number and the serial number. Also, the part number printed on the charger matches the part number of another charger that I got from HP.
IF you're plan is to use a charger for a specific laptop, then what I would suggest is that you use the HP tool to find the part numbers and then compare the numbers you find to the numbers on the chargers to see if they match: HP PartSurfer
If the charger has the HP logo and the right part number, then it's likely genuine.
