How to lock fn keys? I don't want to keep holding fn + f11 to disable the touchpad.

What can I do to disable the fn key?

For my HP omen 15 2020, I don't have the LED on fn key. I also immediately press the f10 key repeatedly when I turn on the computer but it doesnt work.

 

What can I do to lock fn key?
