HP EliteBook 865 16 inch G10 Notebook PC (70A94AV)
Microsoft Windows 11

I bought my Elitebook 865 16 inch G10 notebook last year, and it came with a three warranty. I noticed that there were two indents on my laptop from the moment I unboxed it. It didn't affect performance of the screen or laptop. I sent my laptop in recently because my laptop crashed due to a bad update. I restored the OS and installed the applicable drivers for my laptop. After Windows 11 was installed, I noticed my speakers would pop during use. When I turned the computer on and rebooted the system. I contacted HP, and I went through the process of troubleshooting the laptop with a service agent. We couldn't fix the popping static noise coming from my laptop, and my fingerprint sensor was inconsistent. I told the first agent those marks on my laptop prior to sending the laptop in for repair. Again, it doesn't affect functionality, and I mentioned that I would still like to exercise my warranty option to have my system tested and repaired.

My HP case was created on March 25th, and it was securely packed as per instructions. HP received the laptop two days later. HP didn't contact me for a week. I contacted them regarding the status of my laptop, and I received an email stating that I had to pay $250 for accidental damage that I didn't do. My laptop never leaves the house, and I primarily use it when I work from home. I called HP again and I spoke with Danielle regarding my case, and I asked her to please escalate this issue as the those marks don't affect performance. I didn't damage my laptop. She escalated the case after our call. Another week went by, and HP denied my warranty service due to accidental damage that I didn't cause. I told them that I refuse to pay for accidental damage that I didn't cause, and please send my laptop back. I even asked them to escalate this case to a supervisor or manager because it was a complete waste of time. They didn't do that. The laptop is on its way back to me without being fixed. Does this mean that my three warranty is invalid now? My laptop needs to be fixed and tested. The speakers will stop pop during operation, and my fingerprint scanner won't work.

How do I escalate this? This is horrible customer service, and I will look elsewhere when I need to purchase  a laptop in the future.
