How to set manually ddr3L speed to max 1600Mhz by mean of HP 14-ac603tu pentium N3700 BIOS setting?

 

Can anyone guide me clearly yet in short a brief instructions

If there were a way to do it we would. No, with the low-end Braswell Pentium and Celeron processors the hardware limits memory speed to 1333 mhz even though it is DDR3L-1600 memory. No way to change it sorry.
