The system board has support for an M.2 SATA SSD. Upgrading to one would give you the most perceptible performance boost.
I suggest that the upgrade be 512 GB or more and make it the boot disk.
The processor is not a viable upgrade. It is soldered/integrated into the chipset on the system board.

No.
Those are the only items that you can upgrade.
16GB of compatible memory and an SSD will provide upgraded perform to the point that you will not think it is even the same notebook.
