HP Pavillion 15-cc563st

My HP Pavillion 15-cc563st  laptop has 12gb ram. I need to upgrade it to 16gb.

I tried to open the back cover using instructions in user guide. I remvoved the 3 front screws and 2 back screws. Removed the cover from back and both sides. It does not come off from the front. Looks like it's attached to something in the middle.

Has anyone removed it successfully? Any additional screws or wires I need to remove for the back cover to come off?

There are 3 screws at the front (total 5 screws). No other stick.

Today, it also does for me:

 

Pinging c9w25904.itcs.hp.com [15.50.16.217] with 32 bytes of data:

Ping statistics for 15.50.16.217:
    Packets: Sent = 4, Received = 0, Lost = 4 (100% loss),

 

So, that IP-address is not responding, today.

 

Sigh.
